Location: New York, NY

Salary: $130,000 +

My client, a well-known hospitality group, is on the lookout for a passionate Vice President of Culinary Operations in New York! This presents an incredible opportunity to lead a talented team and deliver excellent customer experiences!

VP of Culinary Operations Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead culinary staff and back of house operations to ensure smooth functioning and operational excellence
• Establish and uphold strict control standards to ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and safety
• Develop and implement efficient and effective kitchen processes, cost controls, and strategies
• Support the creation and development of seasonal menus
• Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations in all kitchens
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging culinary techniques to enhance the kitchen operations
• Collaborate with other executive teams to ensure the kitchen operations align with the overall business strategy

Key Requirements:

• Proven Culinary Management Experience
• QSR experience and managing pop-up projects/ specials events is preferred
• Creative culinary professional with a passion for food and people
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Ability to successfully lead and manage teams
• Financially savvy
