To excel in this position, demonstrate your self-assuredness and stellar academic background as you adeptly manage a diverse caseload of Vulnerable Client matters. This includes navigating Court Protection work, delving into Care funding tasks such as NHS Continuing healthcare claims, and crafting wills for Vulnerable Clients, including Advance Directives.
Key responsibilities encompass:
- Handling a spectrum of Court Protection work across all levels
- Offering expert guidance on care fee funding rules and their specific applications
- Crafting wills of varying complexities, incorporating Advance Directives
- Providing counsel on Lasting Powers of Attorney
This exceptional opportunity is ideally suited for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a solid foundation in Court of Protection and/or care fee funding experience, poised to enhance their skill set further.
Location: Canterbury
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with PQE/experience
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5:15 pm
