Who we are:
The reimagined restaurant, under the direction of new owner Tara MacBain, a Holland Park resident, Cordon Bleu trained chef and long-standing Julie’s regular, has launched a beautiful modern French brasserie. Offering 160 covers across a ground floor dining room and bar, basement dining area and alfresco terrace. The all-day dining menu consisting of decadent seafood towers and oysters sourced from the UK and France, along with a theatrical martini trolley offering diners a customised cocktail experience at their table-side. The wine list will appeal to the capital’s oenophiles with a selection of the finest bottles, sourced from renowned international wineries along with a selection of lesser known emerging brands.
Who we are looking for:
We are currently recruiting for experienced and enthusiastic Waiters to join the fantastic team at Julie’s, the celebrated Holland Park restaurant in spring 2024.
This is a great opportunity for a Waiter looking for the next step in their career. It will give the chance to join a talented team of like-minded professionals working with some of the absolute best produce the UK has to offer.
You will be expected to ensure the efficiently, courteous service of all food and beverages in the restaurant, working with the Management Team to consistently uphold company standards.
To act as an ambassador for Julie’s Restaurant ensuring that a positive brand image is strengthened and maintained in all interactions with customers.
Essential knowledge & experience:
- A minimum of 6 months experience as Waiter in a similar fast paced, quality environment
- Demonstrable knowledgeable and passionate about great food and wine
- Confident, individual who is committed to providing excellent service to all guests
- Good communicator
- Able to work under pressure and multi task particularly during peak hours and extended periods of increased business
- Availability to work late nights and weekends
