Waiter / Waitress - England

We are in search of a skilled and committed Waiter/Waitress who possesses a deep passion for food and beverage to support the floor managers in the daily operations of the Fen Bistro, a 40-seater la carte restaurant. As a member of the Baxterstorey team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, warmly welcoming guests, and facilitating seamless communication between the dining area and kitchen.

Job Type: Full Time 40 hours a week

Salary: Up to 13.50 an hour ( 28,080 a year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
• Stay up to date with menu offer, specials and any changes in service procedures
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that the food and beverages are served promptly maintaining quality and presentation standards
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
• Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary

This facility will host 5600 employees, offering a Food Hall style Staff Restaurant, Bistro for informal dining, a Coffee Lounge by day which becomes a licenced bar by night and an unmanned Retail outlet.
