Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club are seeking staff to work in our Conference and Banqueting team, to help ensure all of our guests enjoy a distinctively memorable experience, with unparalleled levels of service. We are seeking people with a passion for hospitality and the versatility to work across our F&B outlets. You will be working a varied shift pattern, and we are keen to talk to people interested in both casual and full time opportunites.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure all guests receive the highest level of service at all times, always promoting the
hotel and its image. - To ensure all meeting rooms and functions are set up as per function list and before the
times stated. - To present and serve food and beverages to the highest standards
- Have thorough knowledge of the hotel facilities so that you can inform guests and promote
these when asked.
Key Attributes
- Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided
- Have enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food, wine and people.
- Have excellent customer care and communication skills
- The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be very well presented and able to remain calm under pressure.
