What you'll doYou'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:You will be responsible for the smooth service within our food and beverage outlets, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experienceYou'll also develop an excellent knowledge of all the food and beverage products within your assigned department, in order to communicate offerings to our guestsYou'll also have the opportunity to assist with the running of private events as and when neededTo look after the still area of the kitchen, ensuring all products are kept clean and tidy and in good repair also during the daily service businessTo maintain all equipment in the restaurant, I.e.: cutlery, coffee machines etcCreate a memorable experience for all guests by managing and anticipating guest expectations by providing personalised service Set up and clearing of Food & Beverage areas and outlets to the standards required Be knowledgeable of all the Food and Beverage products sold in the hotel and be able to communicate offerings to our guestsResponsible for delivery of high quality, consistent and timely Food & Beverage service Communicate effectively to guests and team membersOperate point of sales system as requiredMaximise sales through effective use of upselling techniquesFollow standards set by leadership

You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic You'll have the ability to remain positive within challenging situations You enjoy working within a team whilst still having the responsibility of solo tasks
You will also receive service charge of GBP2.5k to GBP3k on top of annual salaries.
