Job description

We work closely with our health and social care partners to give patients more control over their own care and find necessary treatments more readily available. We support people with multiple health conditions, not just single diseases, and deliver care as locally and conveniently as possible for our patients. We continue develop our current and future workforce and introduce innovative ways to use technology.
The ideal applicant will:
Be flexible, enthusiastic, well motivated capable of working in a busy and challenging environment.
Posses excellent communication skills, good command of the English language with a good telephone manner.
Need to exercise judgement and discretion at all times in providing a confidential and efficient administration service to the ward.
Bank hours are also available.

To provide full administration and clerical support to the ward multidisciplinary team.
To be the first point of contact in welcoming and answering patient/visitor queries on the ward.
To take a lead role in maintaining accurate patient notes and data on the trust electronic patient administration systems at all times.
