Ward Clerk/Receptionist - Critical Care

Duties to include, but not be limited to: Collection and input of data from various sources, utilising hospital administration systems Efficient running of visitors booking in system Use initiative to resolve conflicts in a mutually agreeable way, alerting managers where necessary Maintaining databases Communicate to a wide range of staff and visitors adapting communication style to suit individual Participate and contribute to the service development of the Critical Care Unit Undertake adhoc duties when required to support the department
