Wards Pharmacist

Mediplacements are looking for an experienced band 6/7 Ward Pharmacist to work at a hospital in Weston-Super-Mare.
The pay for this position is £21-£32 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on-going duration.
Role suitable for entry level pharmacist with some previous UK hospital experience as a band 6 hospital pharmacist General medicine, general surgery and care of the elderly experience will be useful. Tasks will include pharmacist clinical screening of inpatient charts and discharge prescriptions to supply the supply of inpatient and discharge medication to inpatients.
