Warehouse Admin

My client based in Hartlepool is looking for an experienced Warehouse Admin to join their team on a temporary basis

Duties of the role:

• Review Print production tickets for the previous 24 hours
• Book in Conversion pallet tickets
• Review upcoming shipment requirements
• Create picking lists for the FLT drivers
• Arrange bookings with customers where necessary
• Arrange daily transport and email couriers for other shipments (same day / Export / Full loads etc.)
• Provide measurements / weights of Export Pallets to Accounts to ensure invoices are accurate
• Liaise with the FLT drivers in ensuring the stock on the system is accurate (quantities / locations etc.)

Rate: £12.55ph

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm

Role: Immediate start, temp ongoing
