Job title: Stock Controller / Warehouse Administrator
Temporary On going Asssignment
Hours 06:00 - 14.00 or Office Hours 0800 - 17.00 Monday - Friday
Contract: Temp
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Checking stock levels regularly
• Completing the required paperwork when ordering stock
• Updating stock information on the computer system
• Comparing items received against items ordered
• Implementing or improving processes and procedures
• Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies
Experience:
• Thorough attention to detail
• Customer service skills
• Organisation and time management skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Familiarity with inventory management systems ie SAP
• Ability to work well with suppliers, customers and other team members
