Our client is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their team and support the smooth operation.. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing administrative tasks to ensure efficient warehouse operations. This role offers a great progression path and a good pension scheme.

Responsibilities

• Performing a range of activities to facilitate the timely and accurate export and shipment of products, packages, and documents through carrier portals.
• Communicate with external organisations to verify customs requirements and shipping costs and times.
• Respond to routine internal and external customer queries on delivery times.
• Obtain daily proof of deliveries.
• Resolve queries quickly and efficiently within the proscribed timescale reporting back to line manager and customer service manager.
• Communicate with external customers to arrange shipment of orders.
