Warehouse Administrator

Brand new role available in Scunthorpe! Our client is looking for a professional and motivated candidate to join their fantastic team as a Warehouse Administrator. Working hours are 7:00am until 4:00pm daily with a 45-minute lunch break (may also be a possibility of working 6:00am until 3:00pm daily).
THE ROLE:
Booking out of works orders.
Producing despatch documentation.
Goods In - Booking in stock from purchase deliveries.
Filing of warehouse paperwork; delivery notes etc.
Contacting suppliers for material test certificates.
Scanning and allocating test certificates and other paperwork.
Assisting the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor with day-to-day admin tasks.
THE CANDIDATE:
Experience of working in a busy office/warehouse environment.
Systematic, methodical, and orderly.
Manages time effectively.
Excellent attention to detail.
Minimum GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional.
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Motivated and proactive with a positive nature.
