8:30am to 5:00pm

£12.00 to £14.00

Temporary to Permanent

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Create orders and quotes from customer phone calls and emails for assigned business units.

· Efficient handling of freight forwarding matters for spare parts and machine deliveries, including import

and export formalities

· Create, receive & process customer returns, exchanges, repairs and Return Material Authorisations (RMAs).

· Ensures high customer satisfaction thanks to optimal handling of shipping in cooperation with external shipping providers.

· Warehouse operations - Goods receipt and sending, put away, goods issue

· Support sales team with equipment quotations and customer correspondence (phone, email, etc.)

· Key communicator of site for customers, external contacts as well as suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Vocational level technical/administrative education.

· Experience with order management systems re stock management

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience with custom clearance procedures

· Familiar with IT skills, such as uploading and downloading files

· Good interpersonal skills for customer contact.

· Is able to work on independently, but can also act as a team player

· Works comfortably with personal computers and software such as, MS Office.
