About the role:
- You will be supporting the warehouse department with administrative tasks by using their internal system and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Liaise with office and warehouse staff via verbal communications, emails, and telephone conversations.
- Process customer orders and generate necessary paperwork.
- You will be required to use Microsoft Excel for data entry.
- Assist in the dispatch and checking of orders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in both administrative and warehouse environments (Advantageous).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent awareness of health and safety protocols.
- You must be hard working and reliable with excellent timekeeping.
More information:
- Pay starting off at 12.00ph.
- Shifts: 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday.
- 30-minute break for lunch, 2x 15-minute breaks.
- Temp to perm, straight permanent opportunity for the right candidate
