Our client, a leading distributor of international health & beauty brands into the UK retail market and beyond, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. Responsibilities:
- Utilise Warehouse Management System (WMS) for picking and packing tasks
- Prepare and complete orders for pickup according to schedule
- Receive and process warehouse stock products through WMS
- Perform stock replenishments and goods in/goods out tasks
- Carefully book in deliveries and report any problems to management
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Standards
(Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Professional appearance and good verbal communication skills
- Dependable, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate with good numerical skills
- Diligent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Experience with a warehouse management system and barcode scanner
