We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join their awesome team. The Purpose of this role is to become an integral part of the Logistics team. Within this role, you will be receiving stock (phones, tablets, wearables) and allocating to the correct area, Managing returns, Preparing orders and packing , Dispatch of orders, Receiving incoming post and processing and Scanning incoming items and sorting according to the system.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Receiving stock and allocating to the correct area
- Manage and maintain their own time management
- Hit key department targets (Receiving 40 phones every 50 minutes)
- Refine and refresh mobile devices (30 per hour)
- Maintain a high quality and accuracy of work
- Preparing/packing orders to a high standard
- Responsibility/care over customer devices
- Listing devices for sale on eBay.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Personable and confident
- Must able to work well under pressure
- Customer focused and passionate about service
- A proactive approach
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic IT Skills
- Enjoys working as part of team, but able to work under own initiative
