Warehouse Coordinator

Are you an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Operative? Join my client's team and oversee materials control, efficient warehouse operations, and accurate record-keeping. You’ll be a point of contact for escalations and supervise staff in the Warehouse Supervisor’s absence.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain efficient Goods Inwards/Outwards procedures.
• Pack and unpack goods for dispatch with precision.
• Accurately track serial numbers and update databases.
• Collaborate on handling non-conforming and faulty goods.
• Operate forklifts and MEWP (Scissor Lift).
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Handle Hazardous Goods packing.
• Uphold Known Consignor Status.
• Provide Facilities support and adhere to safety policies.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory queries.

Qualifications:

• Proven warehouse operations experience.
• Familiarity with Goods Inwards/Outwards procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel and database software.
• Forklift and MEWP operation experience.
• Knowledge of Hazardous Goods handling.
• Strong organizational skills.
