Description
The Warehouse First Line Manager who will be reporting into the Shift Manager will have the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
- Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment
- Team Management of direct line reports including delivering team member performance reviews
- Work in collaboration with other teams internally and externally
- Organise and lead focus on productivity and performance
- Promote good behaviours and team culture in line with company vision
- Commute to Widnes

The Ideal Warehouse First Line Manager will have the following skills and attributes:
- Prior knowledge and understanding of Logistics Warehousing and distribution
- Prior experience managing people within a warehouse environment
- Great Communication and Organisation skills
