Warehouse Fulfilment Operative

Right Now Group are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Fulfilment Operator to join our client based at Heathrow.

You will be joining the fulfilment team to ensure customer requirements are met and corrective actions are taken in the case of any deviations from customer requirements.

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Fulfilment Operator:

• Book deliveries and collections, monitoring process through completion.
• Process labels and documents for the warehouse pick and pack team.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Identify supplier performance issues and inform customers.
• Provide up to date information on shipments using internal operating systems.
• Pick & pack within the warehouse.
• Comply with company policies.

The successful Warehouse Fulfilment Operator:

• Very strong communication skills (Fluent in English written/verbal)
• Administration experience.
• Strong telephone manner.
