We are seeking a passionate Warehouse Improvement Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and driving operational excellence within our warehouse facility.

You will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, optimising inventory management, and enhancing overall efficiency to ensure seamless warehouse operations. You will work collaboratively across teams to streamline logistics and ensure clear communication channels. For this role, demonstrable experience of implementing improvements within a warehouse or logistics setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory control, order picking/packing, and overall warehouse efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and enhance communication channels.
• Create, implement, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements to implement cutting-edge solutions.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on new processes and improvements to ensure successful implementation.
