This role will be dealing with overseeing a small department, where you will be responsible for the smooth running and productivity of the Materials/Spare Parts Department. This job role is perfect for someone who wants to take ownership, and enjoys motivating staff.
The Role
This is an involved role where you will be primarily focusing on the management and development of the Materials/Spare Parts Department. You will be managing a small team, ensuring there’s productivity and growth. The role will develop with more exciting projects to work on as you go along. The main responsibility of this role will be to manage the flow of picking and distributing materials.
The Ideal Candidate
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has dealt dealing with managing parts/spare parts previously. Having managed a group of people is essential. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem solve is required. Also keeping a good all-round level of motivation and productivity in the in the workplace to maintain quality levels of productivity. Having a good administrative background to be able to work with systems such as SAP is required as this will needed on the daily.
