Warehouse Manager

The Company
We are pleased to be supporting a global manufacturing business in their search for an experienced warehouse professional to lead a small team in a highly regulated, fast paced environment.
The Role
In terms of the remit, this role will have full accountability for Goods in, Inventory management, picking and packing. Some of the key skills we are looking for in this role are:
•    Attention to detail - products are highly controlled and regulated
•    Organisation and priority management, this is a fast-paced environment where you need to flex with the workload
•    Communication skills, the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively
•    Data driven, able to compile reporting and monitor KPIs
This role will give the right candidate the opportunity to really get involved in an exciting growing business, they have the chance to grow the warehousing function and really make it their own. 
The Person
The successful candidate will display the following skills and attributes:
•    Experience in fast paced distribution environment is important, quality experience in a warehouse environment would be ideal from either a food or pharmaceutical 
•    Proactive approach, able to think ahead and resolve issues with a level head
•    Experience managing a small team, motivating and leading in a high pressure environment
•    Stringent attention to detail, experience working in a regulated environment beneficial
