Responsibilities:
- As a Warehouse Manager you will manage the receipt, storage, servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
- As a Warehouse Manager you will enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security.
- As a Warehouse Manager you will oversee stock control and inventory systems.
- As a Warehouse Manager you will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
- Plan work rotas, assign tasks, and appraise results.
- As a Warehouse Manager you will recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees.
- Produce regular reports and statistics.
- As a Warehouse Manager you will Initiate and coordinate process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of supply chain management or business administration (Preferred)
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in IT systems (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong understanding of warehousing Key Performance Indicators.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

Position: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00 - £45,000.00 per year
