Warehouse Operations Assistant

RICO Europe, located in Daventry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, contributing to our commitment to providing top-quality service to our customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, supporting the entire warehouse workflow.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing items accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing items for dispatch, ensuring they are ready to reach customers promptly.
• Unloading containers, maintaining a well-organised storage system.
• Demonstrating problem-solving skills
• Adhering to health and safety regulations
• Showcasing exceptional attention to detail, particularly in the picking process.
• Collaborating with the team and providing guidance to enhance overall performance.
• Undertaking any other duties as necessary to support the warehouse's smooth operation.
• Stock Checking & Restocking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehousing operations.
• Demonstrated longevity in previous warehousing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and convey important information.
• Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accuracy in all warehouse activities.
• A proactive attitude with the willingness to take on increased responsibilities within the warehouse.
