SalaryI am looking for a highly experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join a busy depot in Bristol.
As a key member of the Management Team, and reporting directly into the General Manger, you will be able to demonstrate management within a very busy distribution center, working across a 24/7 operation.
You will hold responsibility for:
- Leading and motivating large teams
- Actively managing the day-the-day operations, as well as overseeing a variety of managers
- Ensuring KPI's and Service Level targets are exceeded
- Contributing to, and ensuring ongoing developments are made for the business
You will:
- Be an experienced Logistics professional
- Thrive in a fast moving and high pressure environment
- Have the ability to successfully implement change
- Be accountable for policies, procedures, health&safety and all other operational sides of the site.
A salary of £30-40k is on offer for the right person, along with bonus scheme and other benefits
