Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a similar Warehouse Operative role is highly desirable, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
2. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in picking and packing orders.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
5. A valid forklift license would be advantageous, but not essential.
