Hours of work

• Various Shifts Available: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 16:00-00:00, 18:00-02:00
• Rota pattern: Any 5 out of 7 must be willing to work weekends

Pay Rate

• £12.15 per hour 6am-6pm
• £14.07 per hour 6pm-6am
• Enhanced weekend rate of additional £1.65 per hour
• Overtime payable every 4 weeks

What you would be responsible for

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be required to work in a busy warehouse environment, picking items such as milk, yoghurts and juices for cages or pallets in chilled areas. You will work as part of a team and be responsible for the quality of the products you are handling. The role may involve training in a variety of areas as you may be moved around into different departments depending on requirements.

Requirements for the role

• You will be willing to work in a low temperature chill environment of between 3-5 degrees for part or all of your shift
• Ability to lift goods up to 20kg
• Able to work 5 shifts from 7 days, including weekends
• Have a good standard of verbal and written English
• Have a keen eye for detail and organisational skills
• Flexible and adaptable with multi skill training for long term workers
• Full training is provided for you with the upskilling opportunity to be trained on Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) or Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT)
