Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join a dynamic team. Our client is a leading provider of hydraulic and pneumatic components, serving various industries with top-quality products and services.
Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Cheadle, ST10
Shift: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7am-4pm (1pm finish on Fridays)
Pay: £10.42/h
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfil customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- strong experience in warehouse work
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment!
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
