To carry out warehouse duties following all relevant company procedures and adhering to company policies.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
Principle Accountabilities & Objectives
- Ensure correct dress code (PPE) is worn at all times.
- Follow clean as you go policy, so housekeeping is kept to the required standards.
- Report any Health and Safety issues to supervisor/manager
- Pick relevant product in line with customer requirements.
- Ensure customer products are handled carefully and in line with training provided.
- Follow “clean as you go” policy ensuring housekeeping is kept to the required standard.
- Report any Health and Safety issues to Line Leader/Supervisor.
- Ensure personal compliance with PPE and personal & food hygiene standards.
- Loading/unloading of vehicles if required and trained to do so.
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet operational needs
Resource Management
Along with manager/supervisor monitor and control the use of resource in a cost-effective manner.
Actively seek training in the respective areas to enhance the flexibility of the company
People/Personal Management
Build working relationships with peers and work colleagues both within the department and throughout the company.
Operate to high moral, personal and appearance standards.
Maintain personal discipline, time keeping and morale.
Skills/Knowledge and Qualifications
The ability to communicate with people within your area and other areas of the business.

Skills / Abilities / Knowledge / Experience
- Current warehouse picking experience – preferably on scanner
- Proven track record working in a Warehouse
- Conversant with warehouse processes
- Experience in a chilled environment
- Organisation and communication skills
- For MHE roles - must have previous experience of using MHE equipment VNA/Reach/PPT
