Job Title; Warehouse Operative

Location: Foston,Derby

Job Purpose:

Join our dedicated warehouse team to deliver professional incoming goods, storage, and dispatch services to our customers with exceptional speed and accuracy.

Special Conditions:

• Working Hours: 0600-1800
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, Monday-Sunday
• Flexibility in approach to shift work is essential
• Access to a mode of transport is required due to the site location

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute plans for incoming goods, storage, and dispatch of items efficiently and promptly.
• Maintain responsibility for all aspects of health and safety for yourself and team members.
• Ensure effective, safe, accurate, and timely stock management.
• Assist the Operations Manager with query resolution and inventory checks.
• Conduct accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes.
• Maintain the highest possible standards of product and service quality within the warehouse.
• Adhere strictly to quality procedures and individual quality targets.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties required by management from time to time.
• Support and ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Policy Document and its objectives.
• Ensure the safe loading, handling, and unloading of all materials.
• Support and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, the company handbook, Quality standards, and all other company policies and procedures.
