Warehouse Operative / Order Picker

Our prestigious client based in Dordon looking for 2x experienced Warehouse operatives/Order pickers to join their energetic team! The job is to start asap, this is a long term role!

Shifts available:

Sunday to Thursday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

Tuesday to Saturday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

GBP12.15/h and a shift allowance of GBP2.43/h after 6pm

Overtime paid x1.5 and double paid

Job Role:

• Loading and unloading stock and products from containers
• Loading/unloading stock on the warehouse racking
• Order picking
• Using hand scan guns to check stock from lorries and allocate them into the correct location
• Manual loading/off-loading smaller stock items, some heavy lifting may be required
• Working as a team to meet targets in all areas of the warehouse

The successful candidate will:

• Order picking experience required having a FLT Counterbalance certificate represents on advantage
• All in-date FLT counterbalance certificates are accepted
• In house certificates by Npors, RTITB and ITSSAR accepted
• Be happy to work a combination of truck and general warehouse tasks when needs be
• Take a drug & alcohol test at induction
• Work as a team to ensure the smooth process of stock control
• Be looking for a long term job
