About the role - DFYNE Your Career

First off, it’s best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here), it’s not the norm on a job role spec, but I feel it’s important you get introduced to who you may be working with for a long time early on. I’m Simon, the Warehouse Manager here at DFYNE, I’m looking for someone who’s going to help me make sure we’re the best, most efficient warehouse team in the world!

I’m not going to lie to you, it’s a no bull$hit environment, and its bloody hard work every day! We’re all up against the clock (orders go out by 3pm) and numbers of orders we’re picking and packing is going up every day. But if you’re the kind of person that loves going home every day knowing that you’ve smashed KPI’s and gone all out to make sure our lovely customers get their orders on time, every time then you’re gonna do well here! If you’re negative, always complaining, and you don’t want to do everything in the warehouse, you’re probably not going to last long.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking/Packing

• Replenishment

• Inbound Stock

• Dispatch

• Forklift operations.

• Cycle Counts

• Stock Control

• General warehouse housekeeping

Experience Needed:

• Absolutely none. We don’t hire only on experience.

Skills:

• Good communication skills.

• Organisational skills.

• Ability & willingness to learn.

• Great attention to detail.

• Able to work at pace with accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
