Warehouse Operative/Flt Driver

Job Role: - Counterbalance/Warehouse Operative - Malvern Area

Pay Rate: £11 - £11.50/hr dependant on experience.

Shifts:
6am to 2:30pm or 8am till 4pm
Monday to Friday
Full time - Temp to Perm - 13 weeks.

Holiday: 24 days per year plus bank holidays (Jan - Dec. 3-4 days req for Xmas)

Duties and Responsibilities

Part of the production and warehouse team

Picking & packing orders

Drumming down of chemicals

Waste acceptance & segregation

• Completion and verifying pre-prepared paperwork are correct for chemical deliveries and despatch

Preparing hazardous goods for safe transportation including labelling and packaging
Forklift truck driver operator

• Compliance with written and verbal instructions from management and internal paperwork systems and procedures.
• Housekeeping: Keeping waste transfer station area, PPE, equipment and tools clean, tidy and stored in line with instructions, company policy and waste permit conditions.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and company policies

Counterbalance forklift licence (not essential as training will be provided)
Necessary internal training given and all required PPE/RPE provided.
