Shift Pattern: 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday
Salary: £24,033 per annum.
Additional performance/attendance bonus up to £2,400 per annum, applicable from the second full calendar month.
Annual leave: Total of 30 days pro-rata. (including 3 set shifts off: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve)
Contract: Initially Fixed-term for 12 months

The Role: We're looking for dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our afternoon team. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high standards our customers expect. You'll work in a refrigerated environment at Broomhall Farm, ensuring the precise picking and packing of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold accuracy in order picking, with a keen eye for product dates and traceability documentation.
- Adhere strictly to health & safety, and food safety regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring a friendly and professional approach towards colleagues, customers, and site visitors, while working efficiently to meet team goals and deadlines.

- Comfortable working in temperatures between 3 and 8 degrees Celsius.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £26,433.00 per year
