Ensure product is picked as per the required quantities, adhering to the Quality Systems and Procedures at all times and that documentation and data entries are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Safety requirements, policies and procedures at ALL times
Picking Products
Locate all stock correctly within SAP system and ensure all movements are done live.
Delivering products to the line side/picked goods area.
Collecting finished goods and transferring the pallets into the finished goods area.
Transfer any leftover raw materials back to the warehouse
Complete goods in/out procedures on SAP
Assisting with the loading and unloading of lorries
Booking raw materials in the SAP system
Storing goods in the warehouse so that they are safe from damage.
Preparing goods for despatch and ensure correct paperwork accompanies all loads.
Qualifications
Must be literate and numerate.
Proven ability to follow safety, quality and production standards.
Able to work under pressure and make confident decisions.
Good communication skills, self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
Must achieve Basic Food Hygiene and Manual Handling Training.
Basic Computer skills, experience using SAP (Desirable, training will be provided)
Counterbalance forklift licence is essential.
Some heavy lifting (bags up to 25kg).
