Our well-established client based in Swindon are looking for a Warehouse Order Processor to join their fast-growing team!

Warehouse Order Processor Roles and Responsibilities:

• Direct dispatch of orders
• Requesting quotes for transport
• Tracking customer orders while updating customers
• Receiving stock deliveries once they have arrived into the warehouse
• Maintain stock levels
• Communicating with warehouse to ensure orders are processed correctly
• Invoicing stock
• Maintain and update the company website
• Working closely with directors to ensure customer orders are dealt with
• Processing customer returns and customer queries
• Keeping the work place neat, tidy and organized at all times
• Maintaining filing systems - online customers and supplier

Warehouse Order Processor Ideal Candidate:

• Experience within a warehouse environment
• Administration experience

Warehouse Order Processor Working hours and Benefits:

• Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
• 1 in every other Saturday 9:00 - 12:00 (time deducted from the normal working week)
• Casual dress
• Company pension
• On-site parking
• Day shifts
