THE BUSINESS
Westray Recruitment Group is seeking Warehouse/Retail Assistants to work on an ongoing basis for our client based in Newcastle City Centre. The role also may involve working at another site based in Killingworth so please check public transport if you don t have your own car. This is a fast-paced role requiring good levels of accuracy and able to work with customers.
Candidates are requested to work 8:00am 4:00pm, over 5 days across 7 so flexible weekend working is a must.
THE ROLE
Picking and packing goods in a fast-paced environment
Physical activity including lifting and handling stock
Picking stock off shelves from a picking sheet
Pick stock accurately
Putting stock away onto shelves
Pricing products
Decanting from pallets
Pack products
THE PERSON
Previous warehouse experience preferred along with retail experience.
Flexible to work varying shift times to meet business demands.
Able to deliver high customer service at all times
