Warehouse Stock Controller

£26,000 to £28,000
Working hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with 1 h unpaid lunch)
Monday - Friday; weekends as and when required.
Main Purpose of the Job
The Warehouse Stock Controller will be responsible for coordinating with customers in relation to any discrepancies as well as booking in of all deliveries. The candidate will work independently to ensure all matters are resolved to the customers satisfaction.
Requirements (Competencies, skills, experience)
- Must have great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum 12 months of related experience, in a customer service role or equivalent.
- Be IT literate - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Be able to work autonomously, self-motivated, managing their own workload and priorities.
- Have excellent numerical ability, with high attention to detail.
- Have experience with SAP system.
- Previous experience navigating between the customer and supplier sides of a company desired.
- Be driven, motivated and can-do attitude.
- Reliable and committed.
Key areas of responsibilities and accountability
· Liaising with Customers in regard to their returns via phone and email.
- Responding to customer enquiries and requests in a professional manner.
- Liaise with our 3PL, customer service and internal Sales representatives.
- Investigating any discrepancies and resolving quickly and efficiently.
- Arranging collections and return of goods.
- Booking returns back to stock and re-working any damages.
- Raising credits for customers using SAP system.
- Stock Control including routine audit checks of stock levels.
- Stock corrections and other stock related system transfers.
- Goods in - booking all deliveries.
