Partner with the best
 

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will receive inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations. Prepare materials for mixing and the shipping of orders. Manage materials inventory and stock replenishment. Will be responsible for contacting and coordinating with customer logistics departments for pick up or delivery of goods. Will be responsible for preparing all of the necessary paperwork (i.e. shipping paperwork, etc).  Participate in and assist with cycle counts.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations.

  • Shipping and receiving chemicals.

  • Dealing with inventory and materials ordering.

  • Completing paperwork associated to tasks.

  • Performing cycle counts.

  • Operating a forklift while loading or unloading freight.

  • Working within QHSE guidelines as set out by Baker Hughes.

  • Mixing and blending of drilling fluids.

  • Supervising the loading and unloading of boats with bulk powders and liquids.

  • Carrying out basic bulk plant maintenance in compliance with regulations.


Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a current FLT licence.

  • Have a full UK Driving Licence.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of materials and inventory management

  • Demonstrate knowledge of procurement and logistics processes

  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic chemical blending processes.

  • Demonstrate initiative in increasing knowledge of products, processes and equipment.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of all safety policies and procedures.

  • Have high school diploma or equivalent and substantial industry experience.
