Aspion Search are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a rapidly growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Provide guidance, training, and support to warehouse personnel
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment
Inventory Management
Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Coordinate with other departments to manage stock replenishment and movement
Operational Excellence
Ensure the smooth functioning of all warehouse activities.
Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with company and industry standards.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for warehouse staff.
Collaborate with the safety team to maintain a secure working environment.
Communication & Reporting
Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate activities
Generate regular reports on warehouse performance and key metrics.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly
About You:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in the manufacturing industry (Desirable not Essential)
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
