Warehouse Supervisor Benefits:

- Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance and support
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Plan, schedule & book goods Inward
- Responsible for overall stock control
- Organise picking of orders
- Accurate checking of orders
- Oversee P.I counts including adjustments
- Liaise and plan outside storage requirement
- Oversee & liaise with other departments
- Deliver the financial objectives of the business
- Hands on role including picking, manual handling and operating a Counter Balance FLT
- Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management
Warehouse Supervisor Criteria:
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity within Warehouse/Logistics
- Previous experience of being responsible for a team able to lead teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate people around you
- Excellent people / time management skills
- A self-driven and results orientated outlook.
- Ability to work accurately in a methodical and tidy manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Flexible and professional attitude.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Experienced in working in high volume B2B &/or B2C warehouses
- Experience with bulk despatch
- Experience with bulk picking
- Experience with shipping container
- Counter Balance FLT Licence
- Physically fit for manual work
- Health and safety trained/motivated
