ARE YOU A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR?
DO YOU HAVE FORKLIFT LICENCES FOR COUNTERBALANCE AND REACH TRUCK?
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client s market-leading organisation. Working Monday-Friday on the night shift, you will be one of the most senior members of staff on shift, leading a team in a hands-on role where you will be operating forklifts on a regular basis.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be:
- Leading a team, ensuring all areas a fully staffed at all times.
- Training new staff and ensuring current staff are trained correctly.
- Supporting the team by operating forklifts to move stock and prepare orders.
- Planning racking and floor space for stock.
- Ensuring all incoming stock is correctly labelled.
- Leading weekly stock checks of raw materials and passing on the results to the correct teams.
- Any other duties required.
The successful Warehouse Supervisor will have / be:
- Previous experience within a Warehouse Supervisory role.
- Forklift licences for both Counterbalance and Reach Truck inhouse licenses accepted.
- Experience working within amanufacturing company would be highly advantageous, especially within food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of stock control systems.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills as you will be one of the most senior members of staff on shift.
