Position:Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Norwich
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 17:30
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the picking team to achieve high performance and productivity levels.
- Ensure optimal flow, efficiency, and accuracy of the picking process.
- Coordinate and manage the van departure schedule effectively.
- Manage picking operations from a desk-based position using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and other Team Leaders to improve overall operations.
- Achieve KPIs both individually and as a team.

- Strong people-management skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
