A well established organisation are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader based in Hayes to join the fun lively team. Close proximity to the train, station and free parking on site.
Monday - Friday
Alternate shifts ( one week 12pm - 8pm and one week of earlies 6am - 2pm)
£30k per annum + 10% in KPI bonuses
Duties include:
- Lead and manage the picking team members
- To be able to communicate effectively with other departments, individuals, customers and suppliers
- Communicate with manager and other staff in a professional manner
- To ensure quality objectives are met, whilst operating within the allocated budget and meeting deadlines, by being flexible and working in the most efficient way
- Respond positively and within acceptable time scales to internal; and external customer requests
- Ensure the routine administration relating to the pick using accurate reporting
- Ensure that all daily checks both in the warehouse and M.H.E. are carried out and recorded
- Prepare and present detailed analysis and statistics for management regarding performance of the picking operation
- Achieving pick accuracy and stock reconciliation where necessary
- Maintain accurate count of our main warehouse
- Maintain all service levels and achieve targets utilising all resources including a contingency for unexpected events
- Identify to management any issues that may affect the operation
- Assist other warehouse departments when required to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse at all times
- Cover another warehouse Team Leaders when required
- Be familiar with all aspects of relevant legislation and operational requirements
- Incident investigation, identify to management misuse of M.H.E. or non-compliance with legislation
- Ensure compliance to all Health & Safety and company procedures
- Maintain site hygiene/housekeeping standards to the highest levels
- Ad-hoc duties on request

Ideal candidate must have:
- Counterbalance and/or Reach fork truck certificate
- Computer Literate - Strong IT skills
- Manual Handling experience
