Warehouse Team Manager

Due to increased growth our client is looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Manager to oversee its picking and distribution operation in Hemel Hempstead.

Job Duties

-             Managing day to day KPI’s

-             Leading and motivating a pick and despatch team

-             Maintaining and ensuring the operation is running to the safety standards set out

-             Review and analysis of key data from the warehouse management system (JDA)

-             Liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients

Day to day shifts are 8.5 hours between 0600-1800 working any 5 out of 7 days, this will be rota’d in advance.

Pay will initially be between £16 per hour weekly, once you have completed a successful probationary period the annual salary will be £37,004 pa.
