SalaryTudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to work for our prestigious client based in Bilston.
The ideal Team Manager will be there to help colleagues work together and ensure they are delivering good customer service. This role will be fast paced and will cover a variety of areas in developing the team as well as managing performance and ensuring KPI’s are being achieved.
In order to be considered:
- Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary; we are happy to upskill you to the role of Warehouse Team Manager and to H&S standards in a warehouse environment.

- Basic IT skills – we will train you on all our inhouse systems
- Time management
- Able to do accurate record keeping
- Good at planning ahead

Successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of a team of colleagues
- Assisting the Shift Manager with daily and weekly workload planning
- Provide and maintain accurate daily information for reporting.
- Producing accurate and timely reports to monitor performance
- Working to timescales and KPI’s
- Full adherence to health and safety policy and standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to provide a joined-up delivery of operational requirements.
- Proactively encourage a positive and constructive relationship on site with the Union and Union representatives.
- Assist in employee training, development, and engagement.
- Knowledge and operation of WMS systems that you will be trained up on after starting

Hours of Work: Tuesday to Saturday Rotation (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm)
