DIRFT, Crick NN6
We are looking for a reliable and experienced administrator who can start an ongoing temporary assignment working at a busy tech savvy warehouse in DIRFT NN6.
This is a busy role working within a small office team (2-5 heads) supporting an International IT Solution Company with their day to day Warehouse and Logistics Administration.Duties will include:
- Printing and issuing pick lists to the Warehouse Operatives
- Entering shipping details onto internal systems
- Requesting Proof of deliveries from couriers
- Daily emails and telephone calls
- Handling and filling in export support
- Working with different systems daily: Sage, Excel and other internal systems
What do I need to be considered?
- Available to start a new role immediately
- Previous Warehouse/Logistics Administration experience
- Excel and IT system literate - Sage experience would be highly advantageous
- Great communication skills- spoken and written
- Can get to NN6 7 on a daily basis
- A good attitude and a willingness to get stuck in and work as a team
