Job Title: Internal Sales Role - Warm Leads Sale Role

Location: Stockport

Salary: £11.44 per hour + On Target Earnings (est. £400-£900 per month) + Weekly Cash Incentives

Type: Full time / Permanent

Working Hours: 37 hours a week. Early finish on Friday (16:00), Monday to Thursday are in shifts from 09:15-18:15 with one shift a week being 11:00-19:00. NO WEEKENDS. Overtime available.

Next Interview Date: Thursday 11th April 2024. Morning slots available – on site.

We are working with the UKs leader in Renewable Energy and one of the UKs fastest growing designer and installer of Solar PV systems. Our client has a fantastic opportunity for motivated and driven people to join their high performing Internal Sales team.

100% dealing with warm enquiries. Due to our clients advanced marketing techniques and lead generation facilities, you will receive a daily break down of customers who are awaiting your call to learn more about the service and get booked in with one of our clients expert Energy Surveyors.

The role consists of:

  • Taking inbound and outbound calls to customers who have made an active enquiry into the company’s services.
  • Building rapport with customers on these calls to qualify their individual needs.
  • Converting leads and booking customer appointments with one of the companies Energy Surveyors throughout the UK
  • Accurate note taking on the company’s internal CRM systems.

About you!

  • Good communication and conversational skills
  • Good communication via email
  • Previous experience with supporting customers, whether face-to-face or on the phone
  • Motivated and driven to achieve set targets and earn financial rewards.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Able to handle (sensible) pressure in the workplace.
