Our client, a growing automotive dealership has a great opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join their amazing team.
The role:
- Accessing, processing, submitting, and monitoring all warranty claims, including negotiating with manufacturers directly on borderline claims.
- Ensuring the company’s databases are correct and up to date.
- Contacting customers to ensure that any manufactures recalls are carried out promptly.
- Maintaining full photographic records, as required.
- Processing and submitting service and extended coverage claim.
- Building strong relationships within all teams across sites.
- Dealing with queries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Ensuring all sites/departments are updated daily with current processing requirements and criteria.
Key skills/ experience:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- IT Literate.
- Able to follow processes on the computer.
- Minimum 2 years motor trade experience.
